Week 4: Rebound
So this week was a great turn around for me. As I got into the swing of doing some personal Yoga and exercise, Going to the gym, eating right, getting proper amount of sleep are all things on my list of lie changing habits that have successfully checked off and feel good for doing so.
As I think about some of the things I read on fitness reddits they say consistency is key and that i can forgive myself for falling off. Going to the internet for help isn't the biggest deal I don't think but for some reason my pride makes me feel weak for doing so.
This week in class we practiced Iyengar Yoga with the coach Ian, this man reminded me of my professor, both intense and chill at the same time. In this session we had some real long timing postures that made my body burn. the amount of precision we had in the postures were something that I enjoyed greatly.
This week has felt like the focus around health has got me in a groove that has made me feel better then last week. I think my practice would be considered a ritual because I habitability get up and do the same practice everyday.
